Companies interested in relocating or expanding in Miami-Dade have a variety of attractive incentive programs available to them through the State of Florida, Miami-Dade County and numerous local municipalities. As one of its many services, The Beacon Council can provide a customized incentive package to relocating or expanding companies that qualify. Along with various incentive programs related to job creation and capital investment, Miami-Dade is home to one of Florida’s Enterprise Zone, which offers businesses locating or expanding and hiring employees who live in the zone the ability to reduce their State and Miami-Dade County tax liability.
