Life Sciences in the Miami-Dade County area makes up the largest component for the regional industry in South Florida (comprised of Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties). Miami-Dade County is currently home to more than 1,300 Life Sciences companies with 13,000 employees. These companies generate more than $2.9 million in total annual revenue.
