Miami-Dade Beacon Council Announces Search Firm and Job Posting for Next CEO

(Miami, FL - Nov. 28, 2016) - Miami-Dade Beacon Council, the County's official economic development partnership, announced today that Korn Ferry has been engaged to handle the organization's search for a new President and Chief Executive Officer.

"Our search committee, led by Chair Jaret Davis, is inclusive of our diverse  community. The committee is confident Korn Ferry will identify qualified candidates with top-level experience in economic development," said Sheldon T. Anderson, Interim President & CEO of the Miami-Dade Beacon Council.

(Miami, FL) November 10, 2016 - French logistics company Synchroteam, known for its mobile management solutions in Europe, has opened its first satellite office in the U.S. in Miami Beach.  The company plans on spending $300,000 in new capital investments in Miami-Dade County.
