Directions & Parking Instructions:

The Miami-Dade Beacon Council office is in the Brickell City Tower, also known as the Chase Building.

The pedestrian entrance is on the corner of SW 9^th Street and SW 1^st Avenue (across from the Publix entrance). There is also a pedestrian ramp on SW 9^th Street towards the back of the building.

The Metrorail and Metromover station stop is Brickell.  Walk to SW 9th Street and 1^st Avenue.

Parking Options:

1. Miami-Dade Beacon Council Office Parking Garage in Brickell City Tower Garage – Enter the parking garage on SW 8^th Street across from Brickell City Center. The garage elevator goes to the building lobby. Change elevator and proceed to 24^th
2. Brickell City Center Garage – Entrance on SW 8^th Street between SW 1^st Avenue and South Miami Avenue
3. Mary Brickell Village Garage – Entrance on SW 10^th Street between SW 1^st Avenue and South Miami Avenue

*For Uber or Lyft: provide 829 SW 1st Avenue, Miami, FL 33130 as the address to ensure you are dropped off at the pedestrian entrance of our building.

Driving Directions From 1-95

• From North or south, take Exit 1B to US 41 (SW 8^th SW 7^th St.).
• Take Exit 7 onto SW 8^th Street
• Take Exit 7 onto SW 8^th Street
• Go straight (East) 3 blocks towards SW 1^st Avenue
• Cross the SW 1^st Avenue traffic light
• The garage ramp is on the right. mid-block past the traffic light on the right.

IF YOU ARRIVE TO THE STRIP MALL, YOU’VE GONE TOO FAR:

• Turn left at South Miami Ave (next intersection)
• Turn left at SW 7^th St
• Turn left at SW 1^st Ave
• Turn left onto 8^th St
• Turn right into garage Our offices are located in the Brickell City Tower, aka the Chase Building.
