Miami-Dade County Department of Housing and Community Development

The Office of Housing and Community Development assists
businesses seeking financial assistance, including loans,
for start-ups and expansions. The area-specific programs
are designed to assist in the commercial redevelopment of
properties located in Miami Dade County’s State Enterprise
Zone, Federal Enterprise Community-Empowerment Zone,
Neighborhood Revitalization Strategy Areas (NRSAs), Eligible
Block Groups and Designated Targeted Urban Areas.
