Walter K. Robinson, SIOR, is an accredited commercial real estate broker who delivers strategic business results through sophisticated and technical transactions for landlords and tenants.  He has 25 plus years of total experience with global and regional firms and in 2013 founded Robinson Commercial Real Estate. Recent transactions include lease negotiations ranging from a 132,457 SF world headquarters office lease in Miami for World Fuel Services Corporation, Florida’s largest publicly traded company, to a 2,625 SF branch office in Orlando for TekPartners, one of the best and fastest growing staffing companies in America.

Robinson has earned Alumni Entrepreneurial Award from the UCF College of Business; Presidents Club (Transwestern) as one of the Top 25 brokers in the Nation and number 1 in Florida; and Brokered the largest office lease in Miami-Dade County in both 2011 and 2018.

He serves on the Executive Committee and as Treasurer of Miami-Dade Beacon Council;  is a Founding member of the UCF Real Estate Council; Accredited by SIOR, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors;  a 15 plus year Advisory Board Member and past State of Florida Chair for Best Buddies International; and serves on the Advisory Board of BBVA bank.
