Minority Business Enterprise Center (MBEC)

Funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce, MBDA, and
hosted by the City of Miami and the South Florida Regional
Planning Council, the main purpose of the MBEC is to
ensure that minority entrepreneurs receive quality management
and technical assistance so that they may successfully
participate in the free enterprise economy of the U.S. as well
as in the international marketplace.  MBEC offers a variety
of services, including business counseling, loan packaging,
business planning, construction management services, and
international trade assistance.
