Michelle “Chel” White, MBA, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, is an executive operations and project management professional with experience supporting senior leadership across healthcare, nonprofit, and mission-driven organizations. She is known for her calm professionalism, discretion, and ability to bring structure and clarity to fast-paced environments. Bilingual (not certified) in American Sign Language (ASL), Chel is passionate about fostering inclusive communication and has used ASL to communicate with members of the Deaf community throughout her life.

Her background includes executive support, operational coordination, stakeholder communication, employee lifecycle support, community engagement initiatives, and cross-functional project coordination. Chel has also contributed to nonprofit advocacy as a writer for The Borgen Project, helping raise awareness of global poverty and humanitarian issues.

Beyond her professional work, Chel enjoys travel, chess, literature, and the arts. Most recently, her heart was captured by New Orleans, whose rich history, vibrant culture, music, and cuisine deepened her appreciation for storytelling and community. She is especially inspired by the works of Gustav Klimt, Ernie Barnes, and writers including bell hooks, Nikki Giovanni, and Zora Neale Hurston, whose works continue to shape her appreciation for beauty, humanity, resilience, and intentional living.

Committed to lifelong learning, Chel continues to expand her expertise in project management, operations strategy, business analysis, and process improvement. She is passionate about building efficient systems that help leaders and organizations thrive and aspires to continue growing in operations leadership, strategic partnerships, and organizational excellence.
