David Zinn, Managing Director at Ocean Azul, a venture capital fund in Miami. He will be leading this meeting and sharing insights on company valuations. David is the founding CFO and on the Advisory Board of ACTIVENGAGE, an Inc. 500 and Deloitte Tech FAST 500 technology company innovating in live chat technology for over 10-years in the automotive industry and generating leads resulting in sales of over $15 billion. Prior to this he was founding CFO on the Advisory Board of DealerUps, a fully-integrated DMS software solution in automotive, which was acquired by JM Family Enterprises ranked as high as #21 on Forbes’ list of America’s largest private companies. David has been investing in early stage companies for over 15-years. He has a passion for operational excellence, critical thinking and building teams for sustainable growth.
