Ben Mollere has been corporate vice president, Hospitality and Business Relations since 2010, responsible for Baptist’s Maritime Medical Services, Corporate Relations, & Hospitality Services departments. In addition, through the HBR analytics department, his organization cultivates revenue producing & brand enhancing initiatives that benefit Baptist Health.
Before joining Baptist, Mollere enjoyed a 28-year hotel career with Ritz-Carlton, Four Seasons, St. Regis, and for 13 years he directed all sales and marketing efforts for The Biltmore in Coral Gables. In 2007, he acquired four licenses as an agent with Seitlin Insurance in Miami. He has been active in the Miami community, previously serving as chairman of The Beacon Council. He currently serves as a board member to Camillus House and has served on the boards of The American Red Cross, Coral Gables Community Foundation, and remains active with the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and the United Way of Florida.
